    Overview

Farrow & Ball are devoted to producing unparalleled paints and wallpapers that transform homes around the world. There paint perfectionists, creating unmatched paint colours using only the finest ingredients and age-old methods which have withstood the test of time and the passage of many a fickle fad. They also make handcrafted wallpaper created using there own paints to print designs onto paper using traditional block and trough printing methods, which is what gives them their uniquely beautiful texture. There meticulous approach to producing paint and wallpaper is rooted in there past. Farrow & Ball paints are born and bred in Dorset, England, in the same small town they have resided in since John Farrow, and fellow paint pioneer Richard Ball first founded the company. From small beginnings their reputation for quality quickly spread until the pair were supplying paint to the Admiralty and the War Office. The company bucked the trend towards cheaper, acrylic paints with high levels of plastic, in favour of the original formulations and natural ingredients. Over the years Farrow & Ball has been loved and appreciated by a dedicated and growing group of loyal customers all over the world who recognise the difference that attention to detail, quality ingredients and craftsmanship make. Today, there quest to create unmatchable products continues. Over the years they have grown there range of paint finishes, and added wallpapers to ther portfolio, but they never forgotten there past. They may have over forty showrooms as far and wide as New York, Paris and London, but every batch of paint or wallpaper, however large or small, is still made in there factory in Dorset, England.   Contact us now

    Overview

Marbella is a city and municipality in southern Spain, belonging to the province of Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia. It is part of the region of the Costa del Sol and is the headquarters of the Association of Municipalities of the region; it is also the head of the judicial district that bears its name. Marbella is situated on the Mediterranean Sea, between Málaga and the Gibraltar Strait, in the foothills of the Sierra Blanca. The municipality covers an area of 117 km² crossed by highways on the coast, which are its main entrances. In 2011 the population of the city was 138,662 inhabitants, making it the second most populous municipality in the province of Málaga and the eighth in Andalusia. It is one of the most important tourist cities of the Costa del Sol and throughout most of the year is an international tourist attraction, due mainly to its climate and tourist infrastructure. The city also has a significant archaeological heritage, many museums and performance spaces, and a cultural calendar with events ranging from reggae concerts to opera performances. The city is especially popular with tourists from Northern Europe (including the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany) and also Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. Marbella is particularly noted for the presence of aristocrats, celebrities and wealthy people; it is a major destination for luxury cruise ships and yachts which dock in its harbour. The area is popular with golfers and boaters, and there are many private estates and luxury hotels in the vicinity, including the Marbella Club Hotel. Marbella hosts a WTA tennis tournament on red clay, the Andalucia Tennis Experience. Other cities on the coast are accessible by bus from Marbella, including Málaga, Estepona, Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Gibraltar. The area is also served by the A7 motorway; the closest airport is Málaga-Costa Del Sol. More themes

If you are looking for a professional, reliable, English speaking painter on the Costa del Sol then Perfection Painters Spain offer you the very best value and service. We can provide painting services for all areas of the Costa del Sol from Malaga down to Sotogrande including: Benahavís, Benalmádena, Casares, Estepona, Fuengirola, Manilva, Marbella, Mijas, and Torremolinos are all part of Costa del Sol Occidental. The region offers sun and sand plus golf courses, marinas and protected natural areas. Los Boliches, , Cabopino, Las Chapas, Elviria, Los Monteros, El Rosario, Rio Real, Marbella, Nagueles, Sierra Blanca, Puerto Banus, San Pedro, Guadalmina, Benavista, Alhaurin el Grande, Mijas Pueblo, Mijas Costa, Sotogrande, San Roque, Nueva Andalucia, Benahavis, Estepona, Duquesa, Manilva and Sabinillas. The Costa del Sol (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈkosta ðel sol]; “Sunny Coast” or more literally, “Coast of the Sun”) is a region in the south of Spain, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, comprising the coastal towns and communities along the Mediterranean coastline of the Province of Málaga. The Costa del Sol is situated between two lesser known costas: Costa de la Luz and Costa Tropical. Formerly made up only of a series of small, quiet fishing settlements, the region has been completely transformed during the latter part of the 20th century into a tourist destination of world renown. It includes the city of Málaga and the towns of Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara, Estepona, Manilva, Casares, Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez-Málaga, Nerja, Frigiliana and Torrox. The Costa del Sol extends from the cliffs at Maro in the East to Punto Chullera in the west. Settlement in the region dates back to the Bronze Age, and has been colonised and ruled by many cultures such as the Phoenicians, Greeks, Carthaginians, Romans, Vandals, Visigoths and Moors, before the Reconquista. Historically its population lived in the fishing villages, and in the “white” villages a little distance inland, in the mountains running down to the coast. The area was discovered and developed to meet the demands of international tourism in the 1950s and has since been a popular destination for foreign tourists not only for its beaches but also for its local culture. The area is particularly famous for its towns like Marbella, which provides the Costa del Sol with its reputation for being a playground for its super-rich and famous visitors. During the late 1970s and 1980s, the region was also known in the United Kingdom as the “Costa del Crime”, due to the trend for British gangsters to escape from legal trouble at home by moving there to live their lives in luxury. Due to tense relations between the two nations over Gibraltar, extradition between the two countries was not followed. This phenomenon has been alluded to in television shows such as Auf Wiedersehen, Pet and in the more recent films Sexy Beast and The Business.[1][2] The Costa del Sol is a popular tourist region that welcomes millions of people annually, who mostly arrive at Málaga Airport and head to one of the many resorts located along this stretch of coastline from Manilva in the west to Nerja in the east.[3][4] More themes

It is located on the central coast of the province and integrated into the region of the Costa del Sol and the Commonwealth of Municipalities of the Costa del Sol Occidental.[1] It is a major tourist resort, with more than 8 km of beaches and a mediæval Moorish fortress. Overview

El Rosario is predominantly a residential area with many beautiful private villas, town houses and apartments. Located midway between Marbella and Calahonda, more precisely between the Santa Clara and Las Chapas areas of the Marbella municipality, this urbanisation is fully equipped with its own international school, tennis club, restaurants and beauty salon. Immediately in front of the hillside community is Elviria, a seaside residential paradise. Elviria is a thriving place, complete with Town Hall, church, post office, schools, including the highly regarded EIC (English International College), etc. This location is ideal for many because it’s only a 30 minutes drive from Malaga International airport and only 5 kilometers from Marbella.
    WHAT TO DO
El Rosario is located only 5 minutes from Elviria’s fine sandy beaches, which include some of the best on the coast. Stretching for miles in both directions from the centre of town, the promenade is full of cafés, bars, restaurants and beach clubs. If speed and the ocean sound like an epic combination, then be sure to visit El Rosario’s beaches and rent a jet ski from one of the water sport stands. Many families feel more comfortable visiting large hotels that offer water sports equipment and professional monitors. One major hotel, located in Elviria, with water activities is the Don Carlos Hotel. Fishing trips and dolphin viewing excursions are also available. Most boat activities depart from the port of Cabopino, which is the nearest port. For party goers, along the beach there are the hip and chic bars playing modern music and serving delicious cocktails until late. This area is not known for rowdy evenings. However, there are plenty of Spanish bars, Irish bars, wine bars, tapas bars and traditional Spanish restaurants. Popular among foreigners is Fluid Bar, an Irish style lounge located at Pino Golf, Elviria. Another popular Irish lounge is Harmon’s Bar, located behind Elviria’s square which has become a popular venue for watching sports on their large plasma screens with additional seating outside. If you head up the Mountain to El Rosario, there are bars and restaurants with a much calmer ambience.
    AT THE BEACH
This serene residential locality is only 5 minutes from some of the finest beaches on the Costa del Sol. Beaches in this part of the Coast are all public and equipped with showers, WC, lifeguards, sun loungers, and parasols. There are several local chiringuitos serving cold beer, a great range of cocktails and delicious food. There is one place in this area known for outrageously exciting parties. Located below Elviria’s Hotel Don Carlos is the epic Nikki Beach. Here, the coast’s elite enjoy fun filled days and nights.
    SHOPPING
Due to the proximity of these two neighborhoods, residents and tourists enjoy amenities from both locations. The shops in Elviria and El Rosario are mainly Spanish boutiques, supermarkets and souvenir/tourist stores selling inflatable pool toys, sun cream and Spanish and English newspapers If you’re staying in the area, don’t forget the major shopping centers that are only a few minutes away. There is also a local fruit and vegetable market held in the area every Friday. As one can find along most beaches in Spain, the North African “looky looky” men are in abundance. These enthusiastic salesmen stock replica designer bags, sunglasses and watches. Just don’t forget to bargain as their initial asking price is usually high. If you’re looking for a more up-market shopping experience, world renowned Puerto Banús and La Cañada shopping centre, which has over 150 shops, are only a short journey away.
    SPORTS
Although there are no golf courses located directly in El Rosario, Elviria does have some of the best golf courses in southern Spain, including the Santa Maria Golf Club which boasts an 18-hole course set amidst a wonderful pinewood and oak forest. Refer to our BUsiness Directory for more information about reserving a tee time. If you fancy a game of tennis visit El Casco Tennis Club, located just off the A7 at the entrance to the urbanization. One of the most fun activities available in this area is the Buggy Safari – an exciting day the whole family will remember! A certified tour guide takes buggy riders off road to visit Andalucía’s lush landscape with breathtaking views of the Med. More themes
